1.2Applications / Uses
1. Specifically designed for spinning forming of critical components of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and reactors—heads (e.g., elliptical, dished, spherical heads). Through precise single-wheel pressure application, it processes metal sheets (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) into heads with design curvature, ensuring airtightness and structural strength under high pressure, temperature, or corrosive conditions.
2. Suitable for processing parts with axisymmetric complex curved surfaces, such as fan impellers, lampshade reflectors, satellite antenna parabolic surfaces, and rocket engine combustion chamber shells. Single-wheel spinning enables continuous and uniform plastic deformation, ensuring surface accuracy and smoothness (Ra≤1.6μm).
3. For forming thin-walled (thickness ≤3mm) or ultra-thin-walled (thickness ≤1mm) metal parts, single-wheel spinning uses low-pressure, high-speed parameters to reduce material springback and cracking risks, achieving high-precision and high-efficiency manufacturing (e.g., stainless steel tableware, electronic component housings).
